Gamma through the use of cutting edge computer modeling technology and the latest in graphite materials design, is a revolutionary graphite shaft producing a graphite shaft that has both exceptional feel and cross-sectional stability. The cross-sectional stability or hoop strength the greater stability golf clubs need with the larger heads used today and the faster swing speeds produced. The Aldila RIP Gamma graphite shaft is similar to the RIP Alpha in launch angle but has a higher balance point to more efficiently utilize a heavier head. The Aldila RIP Gamma is the shaft to use to reshaft an older heavier and maintain a classic swing weight or is your swing can optimize a higher balance point shaft. PGA tested, PGA proven.
