If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give complete satisfaction, you may return it to us with in 30 days for an exchange or refund less the shipping charges and a restocking fee. Our customer's satisfaction is our top priority. Golf club components, golf club heads, shafts & grips, and all soft goods (headcovers, bags, etc.) may also be returned with in 30 days is unused/unassembled for an exchange or refund less the shipping charges and a restocking fee.
To return or exchange an item within 30 days of delivery you must call 800-359-2404 to receive a return authorization number.
The following products may NOT be returned:
Custom golf clubs/completed golf clubs may be returned if new, unused, and in original packaging.
There is a 25% restocking fee.
Merchandise sold as “close-outs” or “used".
Graphite shafted golf clubs where the shaft has broken 2" or more above the hosel
How to Return Merchandise:
To return an item you must call for a return authorization number. When returning a golf club/component to our warehouse we encourage you to re-use your original shipping carton. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a separate piece of paper containing your printed name and address, the order number, and the reason for the return or exchange and the return authorization number. BUYER ASSUMES ALL COSTS FOR RETURNING A DEFECTIVE ITEM. Wrap the package securely and send it to the following address:

The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements. Closeouts, custom orders or demo items are not returnable either domestically or internationally.
This guarantee must be exercised
within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Exceptions may apply for gift
items purchased in advance. All return shipping charges must be prepaid (we will
not accept return items shipped to us C.O.D.). BUYER ASSUMES ALL COSTS FOR
RETURNING AN ITEM.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased directly from us. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment.
Components Limited Warranty:
We warranty all Bang®, Integra® and other manufactures’ products to be free from manufacturing defects for 1 years from the purchase date. We will repair or replace these defective products with the same product or a similar product of equal or greater function/value at its discretion. The following voids any implied warranties.
Dents to the toe, heel, crown, or sole of clubs caused by complete miss hits.
Merchandise sold as “close-outs” or “used”.
Clubs that has had repairs not done by us.
COMPONENTS NOT PUT TOGETHER BY US.
We do not cover shafts that break at the hosel and were not put together by us.
Golf Club Shafts:
Effective 1/20/04 We will no longer warranty long drive shafts of 50" or more. This is limited to any club using a shaft that is 50" in length before any trimming is done. Also any shaft sold that is 50" or more. Heads are still covered under our 1-year warranty. Any shaft broken as a result of unusual force, i.e. bending, spine aligning, taking shaft deflection readings, or one’s knee will not be replaced.
Other Manufacturers’ Warranties:
We extend to its customers any manufacturer’s warranty on merchandise purchased, but otherwise makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of the merchandise in this catalog.
Warranty claims are subject to the our discretion. Warranty information is included with many manufacturers’ products, or may be found on their respective web sites. Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise for warranty consideration.
Some orders ship in multiple cartons and may arrive days apart, so check your packing slip before calling us to report a shortage. All claims for shortages must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.
If an item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton and notify us at once. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim. All claims for damaged goods must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. If a portion of your order is out of stock, we will notify you of the status of your back ordered item. Your credit card will only be charged for the number of products we ship to you. There will be no additional shipping charges billed to your credit card for items, which ship subsequent to your initial order. The shipping charges will only equal your "Order Total" as reflected in your order confirmation. Furthermore, shipping discounts only apply to GROUND shipments paid for with a credit card and will be applied when we bill you. Your initial confirmation will not show any shipping discounts you may be entitled to.
New International Customers
International Orders are shipped worldwide with Fed Ex International Air, or USPS. Because of a large percentage of fraudulent overseas orders, we require that international customers provide us a copy of their photo id and credit card by scan or fax (812-277-0315) before we ship the order. We must be able to read the front and back of the credit card. Duties, taxes and tariffs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customers may be required to sign for delivery. Should you wish to have your order left otherwise please note when placing your order or advise the carrier upon the first delivery attempt. Shipments to remote and/or rural locations may require additional time for delivery.
We usually ship your in stock component orders in 1 to 2 business days. Custom built golf club orders can take an additional 1-3 business days to build before shipping. After we ship delivery usually takes 3 business days for east coast delivery or 5 business days for west coast delivery. FedEx does not count weekend days. If we ship an order to the west coast on Thursday a 5 day delivery would arrive on Thursday the next week, if shipped 2nd Day it would arrive on Monday of the next week.
Orders are shipped by 2PM Eastern Time. If your order is placed after Noon Eastern Time we cannot guarantee it will go out the same day. We exclusively us FedEx & USPS as our shipping partners. If you choose the discounted Ground 5 to 7 business days as your shipping method we will us the most economical and swiftest means either FedEx or USPS.
All orders that use the Ground 5 to 7 business days shipping option receive free shipping on orders above $179.95 or a flat rate of $9.95 on items shipped to the lower 48 states and placed online.
All international and Hawaii & Alaska must be paid for with a credit card or PayPal. International customers are responsible for all custom duties their country imposes on imports.
