The Integra SoooLong Quadratic Driver incorporates the latest available
technology to produce a driver head that is more forgiving, it just naturally
hits a straighter shot. Integra in the manufacture of the SoooLong Quadratic
head moved the weight farther in back of the face and more toward the heel and
toe than any driver in the past. This necessarily makes for a square head.
What repositioning the weight into a square head does is increase the moment of
inertia (MOI). Moment of inertia (MOI) is how resistant a clubhead is to
twisting when hit. With this higher MOI testing has shown an 8%-10% gain in
accuracy and distance on mis-hit shots. The carbon fiber crown helps distributes
the maximum weight in the head toward the heel and toe resulting in this high
MOI. The 15-3-3-3 Beta-Titanium face maximizes the transfer of energy to
the ball for an explosive tee shot. This is the hottest driver for the
2007 season!
Maximum
Perimeter Weighting
– With the mass of the head positioned in the heel and
toe areas of the square designed head along with the fiber carbon graphite
crown this head produces a moment of inertia for maximum forgiveness on
off-center shots.
High Moment of
Inertia –
The mass is placed in this head toward the heel
and toe. This creates a high MOI the
promoting a naturally straighter shot.
15-3-3-3 Beta-Titanium
Face
–
High grade Beta-Titanium used in the face insures the maximum distance
on every shot.
Carbon Fiber Crown –
Light weight and structurally securing the
carbon fiber crown allows for the most weight positioned at the heel
and toe.
